- Pre Purchase
A Pre-Purchase RV Inspection is the single greatest cost savings you can get for your next RV.
A D&N RV, pre-purchase RV inspection is a true and complete report of the condition and present needs of the RV. New or Used, RV’s can be in need of preventative, or even major repairs. Regardless of its age, It is best to find out before you buy. Unless you enjoy buying projects. To each their own. Wouldn’t you rather Recreate with your Recreational Vehicle?
Way too often, almost daily, we are contacted by someone who just purchased an RV, wants it inspected only to find it needs repairs that exceed what they paid for it. This is only a problem if they did not Know what they were getting; If they weren’t prepared for the budget shock and then they now face some difficult decisions. This not only impacts their RV’s usability but can also be such a strain that vacations are cut short or eliminated altogether. The unsuspecting new owner, for whatever reason, waits till after they have bought it to get it checked out. By now you can see it is too late to save you from the heart ache and unexpected expense.
Our passion is to save you from this.
Ready for some Real Human Interaction?
I’m buying NEW, I don’t need an inspection….
You are right. A Pre-Purchase RV Inspection is totally optional. If you believe it best to prevent trouble rather than experience it, then you need a Pre-Purchase RV Inspection. We hear regularly that the new RV owner thought since they were buying it from a dealer it would be in good shape. It is a shame, but in many cases it is just not within the selling dealers ability to detect, prevent, or fix the problems with the RV’s they sell. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Some are great sellers and some are good at the technician level. In either case, they are giving the best service they have to offer. There are 2 ways to find out: get a second opinion (RV Pre-Purchase Inspection), or roll the dice and see what happens. We are not here to judge. We will do everything we can to help you. We want you to see us as we see ourselves: working diligently to lower your costs and increase your Recreational Satisfaction. Your Recreation is our Only Business.
With so many choices how do I know which one?
We are here to help. If you’re new to the realm of RV-ing; or been at it for a good long while, we are all better when we can learn and grow together. We do not have all the answers, only the ones you need. Seriously though, if you are wanting unbiased, complete, and true information that can give you the perspective and real answers you have found your source. Our culture is to always help. Sometimes that means we do nothing. Occasionally, the best help is no help at all. Everything we do will be guided by your wants and needs. We will not ever push or pull you to a decision.
What is the Best RV Brand?
In our humble opinion, we don’t have one. All the manufacturers have similar design, build, and finish techniques. Most even use exactly the same materials. This gives all of them the same basic common denominator: how the person who built it that day, at that time, performed their duties. The great people who put together your RV are just as much human as any of the rest of us. There are times when sickness or personal stress distracts us from our task at hand. Couple this to the hurry of production and there are many opportunities for each RV to be “the one that got away”. We take this into consideration when we say, “The best RV brand is the one you find to fit your needs, and that we keep serviced for you.”
What is the worst RV Brand?
When considering which brand of RV to purchase everything but which brand is relevant. Each and every RV is custom made. They are built in factories but still by human hands with only a basic idea of the finished product. First, determine your realistic needs. For example; We have great folks who stop in and ask if we know where they can find a good 18-20’ travel trailer and to see about scheduling a Pre-purchase RV inspection; they just want something small. It is then that we notice they have 4 children from 2-12 years old. This causes the simple question, where are the kids gonna stay? Now we always say, “you do what you can, with what you’ve got, when you have it to do”. Normally however, the simplest questions make the biggest impact. All that said, when asked what is the worst brand of RV, we must say: it’s the brand that does not fit your needs, and is service by anyone other than D&N RV Service, Home of The National Champion of RV Techs® and your #1 asset in the RV business.
