We hire people, not roles.
Something different. Something real.
We are looking for people, not roles.
These people will play a defining part in our growth and the continual improvement in the lives of our team, guests, vendors, and community. We expect the people who want to join us to be driven to excellence and committed to personal and professional improvement. They will not need to be externally motivated to do great things — it will already be in their nature.
We expect they will have many skills that can cross over into what we do, and with their spirit of a perpetual student, they will quickly excel at the tasks they are assigned. We are looking for people who want to stand out in their profession — not just draw a check and hide until the weekend.
People who are looking for us will be looking for something different. Something real. They will respect the culture and history, but they will not be satisfied to just do it the way it has always been done. They will seek out ways to improve themselves and all those they serve and serve with.
They may be just starting out in life or looking for a new challenge. Either way, they will find themselves in a place they never knew could be — fulfilled by their work, and part of something bigger.
In every situation, our service department engineers a better way to install or build the product. We care about the outcome of the RV lifestyle for the owners we serve, and we refuse to let them suffer the same failure twice. This is not marketing language. This is how we work every day.
The RV industry changes constantly — new systems, new brands, new failure modes. We invest in training because the people who thrive here are the ones who never stop learning. We train people who want to master their craft.
Every job you complete here goes back out on the road with a family. That is a responsibility we take seriously. The people who fit here feel the weight of that trust and take pride in earning it every day.
We respect where we came from. We also know that standing still is falling behind. We want teammates who honor the culture and push it forward at the same time.
We do not have a posted opening for every role every day — but we are always evaluating the right people. If any of these directions fit who you are, reach out.
Diagnose, repair, and engineer better solutions on AC, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, slides, levelers, roofs, and structural systems. We train. You bring the mechanical aptitude, the curiosity, and the work ethic. Pathways exist for technicians who want to grow into lead tech or service management.
RV service work is hands-on and physical. We are happy to talk through what that looks like day-to-day when we connect.
The bridge between the customer and the shop. You listen, you translate, you set clear expectations, and you follow through. Strong communication, organization, and a genuine interest in solving people's problems matter more than prior RV experience.
Parts counter, front-of-house, and customer-facing support. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day better. Attention to detail, a helpful disposition, and a willingness to learn the product side of the RV world are what we are looking for.
If you have a skill set we have not listed — fabrication, electrical, cabinetry, IT, content, logistics, something we have not even thought of yet — and you believe it would make this place better, tell us. Some of the best additions to our team came in through a door no job board ever posted.
We review every submission personally. Because we hire people, not roles, we ask for a little more than a resume — we want to understand how you think.
We care what you say, not how polished it sounds. Grammar and spelling are not the test. If writing is not how you communicate best, send us a short video instead.
D&N RV Service is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate every applicant on merit, character, and fit — without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
RVTI certification and training under The National Champion of RV Techs® system. You do not get that at a parts-swap shop.
You are not a number here. The work you do directly shapes how we are known in this industry, and we treat that the way it deserves to be treated.
We promote from within when the person is ready. Lead tech, service advisor, service manager — the ladder is real, and we will help you climb it.
A+ BBB. 4.5 stars across nearly 200 Google reviews. Authorized Forest River warranty center. The name on your shirt will mean something in this industry.

Every RV that rolls out of here carries a family's vacation, retirement, or full-time home. That is not a small job. It is the whole point.
