RV Technician – Service Department
As an RV Technician at D&N RV Service, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of RV systems and components. You will work as part of a skilled team to ensure that RVs are safe, reliable, and ready for the road. While you won’t work directly with customers, your role is critical in ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of safety and quality. Every candidate hired as a service technician will be required to become a certified RV Technician and will receive training from the Home of The National Champion of RV Techs®. No prior RV experience is required, as we provide full training to help you develop the necessary skills. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
Service Advisor – Service Department
As a Service Advisor at D&N RV Service, you'll be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring their RV service experience is exceptional. You’ll gather information on guest needs, provide accurate estimates, schedule service, and communicate with the service and parts departments to ensure high-quality, timely work. Our Service Advisors strive for a 5-star experience with every guest. If you're detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about delivering top-notch service, this role is for you!
Store Clerk / Cashier – Parts Department
Join our team at D&N RV Service as a Store Clerk / Cashier! In this role, you will help keep our store organized by stocking shelves, receiving parts deliveries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll also operate the register, process transactions, and assist customers with product inquiries. Additionally, you will follow up with guests to ensure they had a 5-star experience and encourage them to leave a review once service is complete. HR Manager – HR Department
At D&N RV Service, the HR department plays a key role in managing the human resources functions of the company. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing payroll. As a member of our HR team, you'll be the point of contact for employees regarding policies, benefits, and performance management. If you are organized, people-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR practices, we’d love to have you on our team!
HR Assistant – HR Department
At D&N RV Service, the HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the HR department with daily tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will help manage payroll, maintain employee records, and provide support with policies and benefits. Service Manager – Service Department
Join our team as a Service Manager at D&N RV Service! In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring that all service work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will manage a team of technicians and service advisors, handle customer concerns, and ensure that service schedules are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. If you're passionate about delivering excellent service and leading a team, this is the role for you!
Parts Manager – Parts Department
As a Parts Manager at D&N RV Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring that parts inventory is well-stocked, organized, and readily available for both service technicians and our guests in the store. You will manage parts ordering, vendor relationships, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory. The Parts Manager will lead the Parts Clerk / Cashier team and collaborate closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure smooth operations. Bookkeeper – Finance Department
As a Bookkeeper at D&N RV Service, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. You will work closely with the HR and Finance departments to ensure financial accuracy. As part of our internal control policy, you will collaborate with other team members to verify and approve any money-related transactions. If you have a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices, we’d love to have you on our team!
Operations Manager - Internal
As an Operations Manager at D&N RV Service, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments, including Service, Parts, HR, and Finance. Your role will involve improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting team growth while maintaining a high standard of service. If you're a strategic, detail-oriented leader who thrives on optimizing operations and driving team success, we'd love to have you on our team!
