Truma restricts parts sales to non-authorized service centers. Without access to genuine Truma parts, circuit boards, flame sensors, gas valves, most shops simply cannot repair your AquaGo. As an authorized Truma service center, we have full parts access and factory training.
Truma AquaGo Error Codes
See a blinking light? Count the short and long flashes. Here are the most common codes we diagnose:
No Flame Detected
Unit tried to ignite 3 times without establishing flame. Could be gas supply, flame rod, or igniter issue.
Circulation Pump Running Dry
Pump not generating water flow. Often caused by air trapped in water lines.
Too High Heat Power Required
Demand exceeds capacity, too many faucets open, or incoming water is extremely cold.
Risk of Freezing
Temperature inside AquaGo dropped below 27°F. Drain immediately or keep unit running to prevent freeze damage.
Decalcification Complete
Not an error, just indicates the cleaning cycle finished. Reset the unit to resume normal operation.
Voltage Issues
Power supply too high (>16.4V) or too low (<10V). Check battery and electrical connections.

Common Truma Problems We Fix
Stuck in Clean Mode
Accidentally turned the dial to "Clean" and missed the 30-second cancel window? We'll complete the flush cycle properly and reset your unit.
Won't Ignite / No Hot Water
Could be gas supply, flame rod fouling, igniter failure, or control board issue. We diagnose systematically to find the real cause.
Lukewarm Water Only
Often caused by flow rate issues, cold incoming water, or demand exceeding capacity. We test and adjust for your setup.
Circulation Pump Errors
Air in lines, pump failure, or flow sensor issues. We bleed the system and replace components as needed.
Freeze Damage
